Graphic design for Portland campaigns and print

Campaign and print design for Portland nonprofits, venues, schools and businesses, done remotely.

Portland organizations

Portland has a large nonprofit and arts community, and much of their printed material is posters, event flyers and annual reports for supporters. These often run on tight budgets, so we plan designs that print well on standard paper and a small run, and we make templates the team can update for the next event.

Many Portland groups care about how things are printed as much as how they look. If you want recycled paper or a particular local printer, name them in the brief and we will build files to their specs.

How a Portland project runs

  1. You send the brief: what the pieces are, sizes, text and the deadline.
  2. We reply with questions or a written quote and a delivery date.
  3. You get a first design to mark up, then a revised version.
  4. We prepare print-ready files to your printer's specs, plus screen versions if you need them.

The work happens by email, shared folders and video calls booked in Pacific time. We have no office in Portland, and printing is done by the printer you choose; we send them files that meet their specs.

What you can order

Questions

Do you meet in Portland?

No. We work by email and video calls on Pacific time, so there is no office visit to schedule.

Can you design for recycled or uncoated paper?

Yes. Uncoated paper prints colors softer and darker, so we adjust colors and image contrast for it.

Ask for a quote

The price depends on how many pieces and sizes you need, how much text and image work is involved, and the number of revision rounds. Each project gets its own written quote.
