A set, not separate pieces
An event usually needs many small pieces at once: a main banner, booth panels, a program, badges, table tents and directional signs. Designed one by one, they drift apart. We design them as a set with shared colors, type and a layout system, so a guest sees one event from the entrance to the last session.
Signs people can follow
Directional signs need large arrows, short room names and consistent placement. We keep sign text to what someone needs while walking, and match names to the program exactly. Send a floor plan of the venue if you have one, and we will suggest where signs help most.
Trade show booths
Booth graphics are read from the aisle. The top of a backwall carries the company name and one line about what you do; details go lower, at eye level, where people stop. Booth systems have exact panel sizes and bleed rules, so send the supplier's template and we build to it.
Timing
Large-format printing and shipping take time, and venues set deadlines for deliveries. Tell us the event date and your printer's lead time, and we plan the design schedule backward from it.

Can you reuse our event look next year?
Yes. We hand over the files and a short guide to the system, so next year's pieces can follow it or update it.
Do you design digital screens for events?
Yes: holding slides, schedule screens and sponsor loops in the same look as the print pieces.
